It is looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth in 2024. about the role: In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across SEA to ensure the effective execution of media plans, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies while maintaining a focus on enhancing brand presence and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Develop and implement media plans that align with overall communication guidelines, with a particular emphasis on addressing retail requirements and building brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with retailers, agencies, publishers, and headquarters to execute advertising and digital marketing initiatives (including SEO, social media, and content marketing) to enhance brand visibility and drive ROI.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of all media buys to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with journalists to secure qualitative media coverage and enhance brand reach and ROI.
  • Propose and manage photoshoots effectively, coordinating with editorial teams to secure opportunities and ensure high-quality content creation.
  • Ensure timely submission of Public Relations tracking reports for key markets, providing frequent reporting to management along with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with retail partners to maintain and enhance social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign performance against core metrics.
skills and experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, media planning, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in luxury retail brands will be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Public Relations tracking and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
