Business Devlopment Manager (Corporate Office, Interior Design)

• Interior Design firm, Commercial Office (Main Contractor)

• Develop conceptual designs and create detailed drawings, design documents, and materials for clients.
• Produce 3D computerized perspective visuals, presentation drawings, and technical drawings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, ensuring follow-up on all matters.
• Collaborate within a team and work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and V-ray.
• 2 - 3 year experience can consider for junior position.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
