Events Sales Executive / Manager about the company Our client is a local fragrance brand that specialises in customised perfumes and scents, Their workshops aim to provide unforgettable experience for individuals and groups alike. With concrete plans for the future, its objective is to develop new business opportunities and boost its presence in the market. It is looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth in 2024. about the role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Sales Executive/Manager (depending on experience) to lead our sales efforts for perfume customization workshops. This role involves both B2B and B2C sales responsibilities, with a particular focus on prospecting and securing partnerships with corporate clients for workshop participation.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for perfume customization workshops, considering both B2B and B2C sales channels.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients and individuals interested in perfume customization workshops through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions to meet their workshop needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of participating in our perfume customization workshops.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and managing the contract process from start to finish.
  • Event Coordination and Support: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support the execution of perfume customization workshops, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
skills and experience required
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, experiences, or luxury products/services.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
