Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience leading Payroll and related processes in large, complex, and rapidly changing organizations.
- Preference for experience with managing Payroll for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements.
- A proven track record of driving significant process improvement and organizational redesign projects, such as: establishment of a Payroll shared-service environment; integration of multiple acquired companies into an existing Payroll organization; or implementation of new payroll software and associated process reengineering.
- Experience with cloud-based (SaaS) Payroll applications is required.
- Experience with Workday Payroll
