Position Summary

We are hiring for aClaims Director, Specialty Growthto join our team inOntario, Canada . The successful candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and executing a strategic plan to recruit and retain GTS adjusters and practice leaders in targeted industries and regions across Canada.ResponsibilitiesDevelop recruiting strategy and playbookCreate a compelling GTS employee value proposition to attract talent to CrawfordEstablish best practices for identifying and recruiting potential candidatesBuild communication tools and templates to be utilized in the recruiting processBuild a robust candidate pipelineConsult with business leaders on priority requirements based on skillset and geographyConduct cold calls with potential candidates to persuade them to consider CrawfordIntroduce candidates to leaders across the organization to support the recruiting effortAssess candidate skills, experience and fit through interviews and assessmentsPresent the financial business case for new hires to the hiring manager/executive for approvalDevelop terms of employment and draft formal employment offers to candidatesNegotiate and finalize employment terms and secure signed employment agreementFacilitate on-boarding processActively promote the GTS brand and value proposition via social media, thought leadership and market meetingsSupport new and existing GTS adjusters with business development activities and joint sales calls.RequirementsCollege or University Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Industry related certifications such as CIP, FCIP or CRM.Completion of continuing education courses as required by Crawford or required by respective authority.10+ years functional/technical experience.Previous management, supervision or service line leadership is required.Strong business planning skills with a customer centric approach.Strong problem solving and analysis skills.Ability to collaborate with multiple different stakeholder.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Information
