The candidate application data is kept on the career site servers and sent en-mass back to the Workday tenant when the user clicks submit on the last step. Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant). The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday)

ValmetControl Performance Solutionsis looking for a software engineer with experience in process control related modeling, statistical methods, and mathematics. This position is for a full stack Windows developer with C++ experience. Experience developing applications that involve linear algebra, and differential equations is required.
In this role you will:
Design, develop, and implement new features and functions for our PlantTriage and PID loop tuning products.
Review product functional specifications and make suggestions for improvement.
Write code for the core retrieval engine based on .NET technologies.
Assists with technical support in resolving customer product issues.
Document code and author help files for end users.
Write testing requirements.
Consult with field engineers to problem-solve software issues and suggest solutions.
Participate in design reviews, project planning and scheduling.
Consults with other developers to develop an integrated and efficient design.
Maintain good quality code through component testing and response to integration testing.
Travel (international) may be necessary.
Education/ExperienceWell qualified candidate will have aBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or the Sciences with a m inimum of 4 years experience in software development. Working knowledge of programming technologies and of working in a distributed team environment would also be a plus.
Skills and abilities4 years development experience including 2 years in C++.
Experience with .NET, data base access
Experience with n-tier architecture
