And for bringing in new business through referral and lead generation. You are passionate about sales and developing new relationships.How you make it happen:Developing new relationships with business owners of mid-sized companies (50-500 employees), leading them through a discovery process.Retaining our existing client base through ongoing interaction and check-ins.Capitalize on expansion sales opportunities with existing clients.Liaise with the service delivery team as they work to transform the clients they are supporting.Participating in relevant marketing activities including involvement in business and trade associations, planning and executing marketing events, and being active in social media.Developing and nurturing referral opportunities with clients and strategic partners.Working with the CEO and Practice Directors for the success of all markets.This role requires a special individual who is comfortable interacting with business owners, CEOs, and senior managers. The successful candidate will be someone with:A love of sales and a proven track record selling solutions to business owners.An extreme passion for learning.A genuine interest in uncovering pain points, finding solutions, and making a real difference for our clients.A skilled approach to handling objections in the sales process.5+ years of business experience ideally in an entrepreneurial environment.A strong background in making formal and informal presentations.Post-secondary business education.Energy and enthusiasm for working with people.Technical savviness working with a variety of tools and mediums (Hubspot, MS Office, Social Media).
