This position offers an exciting opportunity within an innovative, employee-oriented company, offering 3 weeks of vacation the first year.As Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following for our key enterprise clients:Maintaining regular contact with key customers and stakeholdersLeading site onboarding presentations prior to equipment deploymentsReview and reconciliation of IEM Field Service Sx/Cx monthly macro forecast with commercial team in conjunction with equipment deployments and owner installation schedules.Coordinating requests for Field Services by providing site details, equipment and verified schedule for startup and commissioning services.Coordinating and administering and customer's entire commissioning cycle will include but is not limited to:Tracking requests against purchased services.Recording site contact information and tracking post-delivery site status for key stakeholders and field service teamParticipating in weekly scheduled Sx/Cx meetings with customers and contributing status information.Driving and providing responses to internal and external Procore requests.Ensuring Field Service requirements for start-up/commissioning align with Customer Construction schedules.Keeping customer appraised of issues and keeping things "on track" with coordination of field services at each site through the Field Service Superintendents and Coordination team.Coordinating with internal Production, Materials, Engineering, Commercial and Shipping teams to manage and fulfill change orders or back orders at all stages of project fulfillment.Coordinating with Field Service and Submittals Teams to provide close-out, warranty, documentation through Procore for any given build.\Managing Warranty and Field Service requests from each site. Coordinating materials, field service and site support with Factory PMs, Field Service Coordination team and site contacts (Construction Manager, General Contractor, Electrical sub-contractor).Ongoing daily communication with Field Service and Commercial teams as required.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful Senior Administrator or Project Manager in a busy/fast paced environment are required.Being flexible and exhibiting an outgoing/service-oriented and positive personality is a must.Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills.Excellent attention to detailStrong proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.The ability to prioritize and be effective with many "moving pieces" without supervision is a must.A technical background or experience in a manufacturing/sales environment is a plus Manufacturing
