Brunel is currently seeking a Document Control Associate to work for a major international company in the battery business.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company documents and records, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date maintaining company's document control system that ensures that documents are appropriately stored, tracked, and retrieved. This includes assigning document numbers, maintaining revision control, and managing document distribution.Requirements:3-5 years experience in document control within a large company.Extensive knowledge of document control procedures and systems, esp. Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and omega Pims.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with other departments and personnel.Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines and departments to ensure that document requirements are met.
