We are expanding our group of client service Account Coordinators in our North York, ON head office. If you are a highly driven and solution-minded individual looking to grow your career in B2B marketing, project management and client relations, APPLY TODAY to join our team! We are looking for skilled Account Coordinators with minimum 2-3 years coordination and/or administrative experience within an agency or fast-paced office setting. Ideal candidates will be solution-based team members with strong research and organization skills to manage various levels of agency support. They will contribute heavily to the deliverables of our Accounts Team to achieve the best results with B2B marketing programs and campaigns.  Responsibilities• Supporting account leads in project management across multiple client programs simultaneously, at both a local and global level• Managing communications and deliverables with third-party vendors and partners based on program budgets, deadlines and expectations• Providing an extra layer of quality assurance and review for any agency work being submitted to client for final approval or production • Actively monitoring and overseeing the agency's project management tool to help ensure client projects are on-schedule and meeting proposed timelines• Analyzing program results and reporting on key insights to help develop action plans • Assisting with industry & market research• Contributing to concept ideation & strategy•Effectively manage client services within the media landscape while providing expertise and guidance to the team in executing successful media buys•Utilize Marketing automation software to drive account-based marketing strategies and manage diverse marketing services and products.• Expanding relationships with existing clients & vendors• Collaborating with internal account, operations, and studio team members on various project objectives as needed• Supporting with special agency initiatives & ad hoc requests QualificationsIdeal candidates will reside in the GTA and meet the following:• At least 2-3 years of project / administrative experience within a corporate / agency setting• University degree or equivalent; business, marketing or communications-related preferred• Previous experience in marketing or communications considered a strong asset• Prior experience working with social / digital marketing tools (inclusive of social management and listening platforms) considered an asset• Comprehensive media experience• Highly personable and enthusiastic• Adaptable with an ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of personality types• Strong organization and time management skills• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic and a genuine eagerness to grow personal skill set• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal• Versatile with willingness to learn and work on a diverse collection of projects across varying industries (i.e. technology, finance, education, government, etc.)• Passionate about modern marketing and tech-innovation• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage high-stress scenarios• Self-starter with proven initiative and a solution-based attitude• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a digital and cross-functional team environment• Bilingualism (ENG/FR) considered an asset, but not required Why join our team?We are passionate about our team and cultivating a culture rooted around our corporate values.Intercept offers the following benefits to full time employees:Competitive pay: $55,000-$60,000 based on experience.Use of our company cottage at Innisfil's Friday Harbour Resort.
