They have been consistently ranked as one of the top places to work in Canada for 23 consecutive years.Our client's Corporate Department is currently seeking an exceptional mid-level associate to join its highly regarded Energy practice group in their Calgary Office. This group provides leading advice on all aspects of energy-related private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and complex project development transactions, including project structuring, co-ownership arrangements, operations, marketing, supply/offtake transactions, and new development involving industry conglomerates and investor groups to emerging independent producers and operators.
