Supply Chain Manager

HAYS Manufacturing & Logistics is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager, who will be responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world-class service. You will be responsible for;Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long-term partnershipMap and implement continuous improvement strategies for the E2E supply chain process.Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet responsibilitiesEvaluate vendor performance to ensure the lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries.Lead the operation and procurement team, and guide them to implement best practices.Oversee market difficulties and create contingent plans to make sure the manufacturing process is not affected by it.You will be working Onsite Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Travel to HQ in Europe once a year. You will bring;5 years managing the Supply Chain department, Pharmaceutical, Cannabis or Food/Beverage industriesBachelor's degree, in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business.+3 years leading direct reports over 5 staff members. Excel (must), and SAP Hana. Understand the principles of production planning, inventory management, sourcing, logistics and forecasting (APICS subject areas)Thorough understanding of production capacity/capabilities, inventory theory and cost trade-offs in managing the Supply ChainExperience leading project with cross-functional teams.Soft SkillsExcellent communication skills, Team-building enthusiast Negotiation skills.
