The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities included, but not limited to:-1.   Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.2.   Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.3.   Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.4.   Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.5.   Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.6.   Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.7.   Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in order fulfillment and shipment.8.   Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any issues related to deliveries or quality.9.   Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and on-time delivery. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
