NYF's operations, systems and marketing are designed to provide customers a premium fast food experience, and our franchisees with excellent support and profit potential.The Brand Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing and has responsibility for the execution of national marketing campaigns + promotions, digital/social media marketing, content development, menu updates and data analysis to drive Brand Corporate and Franchised sales and traffic.Role Responsibilities:Supports the development of the creative strategy, advertising plan and creative executionsworking with the ad agency and/or internal teamProvide analytical feedback on marketing programs and menu mix, creating reports and drawing conclusions from the dataSupports the development of media and digital strategies and plan annually in partnership with media AORsManage and create strategies for social content development, alongside vendors and influencersIncludes reporting and analyzing brand impactsResponsible for managing pricing strategy and implementation across various menu sets and vendors (print and digital)Manage NYF Ad Fund budget and accrualsManage all delivery platform channels and related promotionsManage website development, Fry Society Loyalty Program and email management (CRM)strategies alongside vendorsConduct thorough and timely post program analysis and evaluation, working collaboratively with analytics + media teamsOversee and lead menu and pricing developmentAdministrative tasks may include: coupon ordering + fulfillment, guest feedback, etcCarrying out market research and customer intercepts in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trendsAssist restaurants in building local store marketing plans.
