Job Description:The Performance Specialist will work within the Havas Performance team with the opportunity to own a 360 Paid Social and Search remit for an exciting portfolio of clients. The desired candidate for this role must have 2 years of experience in paid Social and Search media planning and buying, thrive in a team centric environment and be comfortable communicating with internal teams and external clients. A dynamic day for a Performance Specialist could entail making recommendations on the ideal buying platform(s) for a campaign, strategic targeting refinement, optimizing campaigns based on performance to providing insights and recommendations informed through campaign performance. As a Specialist on the Performance team, you will be supported by senior members of the team and have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the digital, planning and measurement teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with planning teams and clients to perform the day-to-day functions of the roleCreate, manage and execute Paid Social and Search campaigns to deliver to client's objectives. Analyze results and trends to make optimizations and recommendations to client's campaignsConstruct high quality insights and actionable recommendations speaking to Paid Social and Search campaign performanceEnsure your campaigns are spent and scheduled at an appropriate pace and take full responsibility for media spending on behalf of your customersAbility to effectively communicate strategic plans and earned results to internal and external teamsStay up to date with industry trends and developments across the digital landscapeKey Skills:Experience buying across self-serve Paid Social and Search platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SA360, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)Proactive, self-starter & team playerAnalytical, detail-oriented, and highly organizedImpeccable ability for time management and task prioritizationProficiency in the Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, PPT) Advertising Services
