Operations Analyst Intern (6-12 Month Contract)

Job Description: Assist in executing the monthly recurring billing process, encompassing billing run previews, quality checks, and transaction postings.Support the monthly bank reconciliation, annual audit, and internal/external stakeholder reporting.Aid in preparing Business Process Documents and Process Maps for CRM, ERP, and Analytical solutions.Contribute to month-end closing activities, including period-close journal entries and analysis.Collaborate with third-party billing service providers, payment gateway partners, banking partners, and other digital service providers to manage and enhance existing use cases.Participate in crafting high-quality presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable business insights, sharing market trends, opportunities, and challenges.Maintain financial models to facilitate improvements in our business planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.Recommend and assist in developing and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for operational and financial data visualization tools.Support the design, development, and testing of new reporting solutions or enhancements to existing reports.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in business analysis and accounting.Recent graduate with a College or University degree.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.Strong attention to detail.Familiarity with data visualization tools would be advantageous.Experience in building dashboards and reports with various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to clean and dive into messy data to find insights.Intermediate knowledge of Python and SQL would be a plus.
