The Commercial Insurance Broker/Producer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing appropriate insurance solutions. They will also participate in underwriting and policy renewal activities, engage in regular communication with the team, and adhere to insurance compliance regulations and guidelines.QualificationsThorough knowledge of insurance brokerage practices and principlesPrevious experience working in the insurance industry as a broker or producerExcellent customer service and account management skillsAbility to identify client needs and develop appropriate insurance solutionsStrong underwriting skills and knowledge of policy renewal activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBilingualism in English/Spanish is an assetRelevant certification in insurance or a related field is preferred - RIBO Insurance Agencies and Brokerages
