Keystone Environmental offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment designed to enhance employee experience and engagement.Our CADD department has an immediate opening for an Intermediate CAD/GIS Specialist to join our team.We are looking for a CAD and GIS Specialist with 5+ years of professional experience in working with environmental scientist, engineers and biologists. The role will require technical drafting knowledge in relation to (but not limited to) engineering designs, environmental assessment and riparian setbacks. The successful candidate will have:Extensive Experience in Autodesk AutoCAD or Civil3dExperience in ArcGIS Software Suite, both ArcMap and ArcGIS ProThe ability to process a variety of data sources to build existing base surfaces from LiDAR, survey points, break lines, DEMs, and contours.Experience in creating Environmental Engineering Cross-sections in AutoCADA good understanding of projection and coordinate systems and be able to geo-reference drawings or documentsExperience in cartography and a strong attention to detailFamiliarity with environmental engineering reporting is an assetExperience in Engineering/Architectural drawings is an asset. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.Good communication skills and work well in a team environmentAble to use geo-processing tools and perform spatial analysisAble to query/filter data and use data driven pagesFamiliar with open-source spatial data and online mappingAble to independently manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAll interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to email their application.
