Our goal is to provide the tools necessary for businesses to thrive and expand.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Drupal Developer located in Montreal, QC. As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to back-end and front-end web development, software development, web development, and object-oriented programming (OOP). You will work closely with our team to create and maintain websites, ensuring they meet our clients' requirements and objectives.QualificationsBack-End Web Development and Software Development skillsFront-End Development and Web Development skillsExperience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related fieldResponsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and improve websites and applications based on Drupal.- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to define project specifications and requirements.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices.- Performance optimization, cache management, log analysis.- Manage updates, debugging, support ticket management for modules and plugins.- Diagnose, debug, and optimize existing Drupal installations.- Design and implement custom features.- Perform quality controls.Required Skills:- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, Vue.JS, CSS, Ajax.- Very good understanding of Drupal architecture from versions 8 to 10.- Good understanding of Drupal 7 (we currently still maintain and update a few D7 sites).- Solid understanding of TWIG structure.- Good knowledge of developing applications using Drupal's APIs.- In-depth knowledge of administration and security protocols within Drupal.- Understanding of e-commerce environments, specifically Drupal Commerce.- Note: We have custom developments not made in Drupal - custom CMS.- Familiarity with Git/GitLab and SSH.- Understanding of Google APIs (GTM, Analytics), Paypal, Stripe.Assets:- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce.
