WHAT WE BELIEVEWe believe in inclusion, we believe in self-expression, we believe in no judgement and we believe in individualism.WHO WE AREWe are bold, we are tenacious, we are courageous and brave.We are a cast of characters;We embrace our differences and we share our likenesses.Some of What's in it for You!Paid Personal DaysGenerous Benefit packageEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Loyalty Reward ProgramGenerous welcome giftCompany eventsWe are seeking a Ecom Content and Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Ecommerce team.**Key Responsibilities: **System Analysis (50%):Evaluate system functionalities and recommend enhancements.Assist with site testing and quality assurance for system reliability.Assess feasibility and make recommendations for specific business requests.Troubleshoot and resolve E-commerce technical issues.Provide technical support and guidance to users.Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy.Content Management (25%):Collaborate with teams to gather copy, translation, images for any site content updates.Execute day-to-day E-commerce content updates.Conduct site QA for any content updates ensuring content is responsive across devices and updated accordingly across all sites.Manage and update content across 3rd party vendor dashboards as needed.Project Management (25%):Manage smaller E-commerce projects and enhancement requests.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.log tickets as needed and ensure timely resolution and implementation.Support and participate in UAT testing for all site modifications and enhancements.Coordinate with dev team for support as and when needed. QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years Ecommerce experience.Strong proficiency in HTML and CSSAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong Documentation and Communication skills required (Document Business Requirements, use case development, business process diagraming, facilitating information gathering sessions and workshops)Excellent skills with MS Office, MS Project and Web-based softwareStrong organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving.Keen eye for detail.If you are enthusiastic about Ecommerce and eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic fashion retail environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
