If yes, then you are the person Clever Digital Marketing (CDM) is looking for.As we continue with another year of growth, we need an experienced Senior Paid Social Performance Manager to come in and manage a portfolio of home improvement lead generation accounts. Our clients are carefully vetted and brought to us through various sources such as home improvement events, referrals, social organic, or our FB ads (we practice what we preach).Using our proven scaling methods, you will learn our strategies to manage $200,000 - $350,000+ in monthly advertising budget with a primary KPI of 2-4x budgets on your accounts from initial client onboarding. We welcome all like-minded, growth-oriented individuals to apply for the position!What You'll Do:Upload, launch, and manage high-level digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and InstagramIncrease traffic and revenue growth through the online advertising channel, utilizing KPIs to determine actionable steps in the ad accountCollaborate with the Client Success Manager to identity and resolve issuesCompile and analyze performance data for ad creatives, landing pages, and offers to present to the Media Buying team.Manage an ad budget ranging between $200,000 and $350,000 per monthCurate angle ideas for creating ad copy, creatives, and different messaging in your advertorialsGenerate branded and scroll-stopping graphics using Canva and collaborate with our Creative TeamScript video ideas based on analysis, competitors, and KPIs that have a WOW factor. Utilize our skilled video team by scripting out and having ideating readyBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas that have the WOW factor to set us apart from the competition. We have the perfect video team: all you need to do is script it out and have the ideation ready!Monitor competitors and leverage their best practices to enhance the performance of your accounts.Solve random yet complex issues related to landing pages, pixel installation, tracking, and moreCreate a marketing hypothesis and present it to the teamCraft killer copy that converts cold audiencesWhat You Will Not Do: Client Communication30-day approvals from clientsSiloed or extremely collaborative work - at CDM, we believe in a fine balance between the twoWhat We Are Looking For:Minimum 1 year of experience running lead generation via FacebookAnalytical and data-driven: you must use and love data; your decisions must be given by it without succumbing to over-analysisHighly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly proficient with Google Drive (Google Slides, Sheets, Documents, etc)Self-starter with an innate desire to win - lots of initiative and the ability to work independently on multiple projects in an extremely fast paced environment.
