Esri Canada has an immediate need for an Account Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), to develop opportunities and key accounts in the Provincial Government sector. Account Manager responsibilities included:Execute account management strategies designed to facilitate the implementation of business relevant solutions within a portfolio of targeted accounts.Develop and drive new accounts and expand existing accounts by selling software, services, enterprise agreements and protecting maintenance.Work closely with the Region's consulting practice to respond to RFP's and ensure successful implementations of our technologyLeverage industry knowledge and customer relationships to understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.Conceptualize automation and improvements with Esri Canada Solutions. Build and advance relationships with clients based on trust and respect.Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.Collect and analyze data to learn more about customers business needs and priorities.Record key activities such as meeting notes, customer interactions, documents, and presentations using Salesforce.Maintain updated knowledge of company and key partner solutions including professional services offerings.Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by helping to improve processes.Continually contribute to the profitability of the company and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required by the Regional Director - in a timely and professional manner.Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels always representing the company in a professional manner Specific skill requirements: University Degree or College DiplomaMinimum 7 years' experience working with enterprise software in a sales or consulting role.Experience creating business relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all teams involved in delivering customer success.Must be able to travel locally to meet with the customers as required.Competencies in the following are essential:Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including excellent active listening skillsProven track record utilizing a Customer Centric Sales MethodologyExcellent presentation skillsMust be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and well organized with the ability to build rapport with customersSound understanding in the use of GISInterpersonal skills / relationship buildingCustomer focusedAnalytical and problem-solving abilityStrong negotiation skillsSelf-motivated Strong multitasking skills Esri Canada fosters a dynamic and inclusive work culture, the opportunity to build your skills, and the flexibility to work remotely or at any of our offices across Canada. Établir avec les clients des relations fondées sur la confiance et le respect.Travailler avec les services internes à assurer la satisfaction des besoins des clients.Recueillir et analyser des données pour mieux connaître les besoins et les priorités des clients.Consigner les éléments liés aux activités importantes, comme les notes de réunion, les interactions avec les clients, les documents et les présentations à l'aide de Salesforce.Maintenir une connaissance à jour des solutions de l'entreprise et de ses principaux partenaires, y compris les offres de services professionnels.Résoudre les plaintes et prévenir d'autres problèmes en contribuant à l'amélioration des processus.Contribuer de façon constante à la rentabilité et aux opérations commerciales en cours de l'entreprise en développant, en recommandant et en mettant en
