Field Claims Adjuster

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our client's Property team. This opportunity offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team, contributing to an evolving industry and a company experiencing an exciting phase of growth.The Field Claims Advisor plays a crucial role in handling Property losses requiring an on-site presence by a company representative. This includes investigating, negotiating, and settling losses on-site, as well as completing detailed scopes and appraisals of contents and building damage in accordance with operational guidelines. Additionally, responsibilities include representing the company in Catastrophe Response initiatives, small claim court actions, and the appraisal process, while also serving as a service ambassador to promote our company image to policyholders and brokers.Key Responsibilities:Attend all assigned claims within a designated territory.Investigate, negotiate, and settle losses within established guidelines.Complete detailed building damage scopes.Identify and take action on SIU triggers.Recognize Subrogation opportunities and refer them to the recovery team.Provide support to the desk adjusting team as needed.Participate in the Catastrophe team and attend weather events as required.Act as a service ambassador, promoting our company image to policyholders and brokers.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' Adjusting experience.In-depth understanding of building damage scoping practices.Detailed knowledge of 1st Party Property Coverages.Strong communication skills and proficiency in de-escalation methodologies.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
