Our team is recognized for excellence, holding an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and multiple BC Landscape Awards of Excellence.What You'll Do: As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will lead and manage our skilled landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed to our high standards and within timelines. Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints, overseeing the construction of hardscapes and softscapes, operating a variety of landscaping equipment, and maintaining safety protocols. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing their expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Who You Are: You are a motivated leader with a passion for landscape construction and a commitment to excellence. With a Landscape Technician Certificate (or equivalent) and at least three years of experience in a similar role, you have the knowledge and skills to manage complex projects efficiently. You're physically fit, capable of handling the demands of the job, and have a valid driver's license. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills set you apart as a candidate.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of three years of experience in landscape construction.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficient in operating landscaping machinery and equipment.Valid driver's license.Bonus RequirementsLandscape Technician Certificate or equivalent.Additional certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or construction.Experience or education in landscape design.Expertise in advanced machinery operation.First aid certification.
