We also believe Marketing is a critical role to help us accomplish this throughout the entire customer journey - from initial contact through retention and expansion.We are seeking a Marketing leader to join our Go To Market team, to bring together demand generation (campaign planning, segment marketing, sales alignment) and marketing channels (email, webinars, events, paid media) with digital marketing (website, social media) and marketing operations (systems, analytics, reporting) across our global teams- North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.A people-first leader, this Director of Demand Generation will inspire their team to exceed targets in creative and innovative ways, keeping in pace with a competitive market and highly dynamic market. A problem-solver, our ideal candidate has a track record of executing various B2B and B2C demand generation and marketing operational strategies.Essential FunctionsDevelop and grow and high-performing, metrics- driven marketing team focused on demand generation and marketing operations.Create a culture centered around a predictable, reliable marketing funnel while developing and executing programs that support brand awareness and pipeline maturation.Partner with the Product Management and Product Marketing teams to define ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, value propositions, differentiation, messaging and content needs to be used in your teams' various programs.Create and maintain a strong partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategy as well as pipeline goals and revenue achievement.Develop the appropriate marketing channels mix and investments to hit leading indicators for demand while exceeding pipeline targets for new and expansion business- at the regional level.Build out the marketing operations infrastructure as well as the marketing tech stack to empower teams to make metrics- driven decisions in a timely fashion.Oversee all corporate branding and design aspects with a focus on website innovation and redesign to make our brand presence unique and high performing in the market.Develop and maintain relationships with various industry leading media and analyst firmsPartnering with our Operations team regarding our in-store crowd community by overseeing the recruitment and activation strategy.Maintain regular and reliable work attendance.What skills you will bring to the job:Demonstrated experience in demand generation- including digital and marketing operations.4+ years' experience driving high- impact marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.4+ years managing individual contributors including hiring, inspiring, and leading within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience building measurement models to drive investment and marketing strategy.Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skillsPassionate about the art, science, and innovation of marketing.Ability to build and manage budgets with justification and validated assumptions to explain the marketing plan, impact, and ROI.Travel: Travel is an integral part of this role and will be based on needs and department and team requirements. 5-10% travel to be expected per year.Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff.
