Your primary purpose will be to continuously improve the company's project management, internal systems and processes. You will be the leader in your area of responsibility working collaboratively with the company's management team and key stakeholders. You will complete a needs assessment identifying gaps in the organization's procedures and processes. You will make recommendations and oversee the implementation of an ERP platform that integrates finance, CRM, contract management and other business functions. You will develop and execute a project management plan aimed at improving company operations. insights and procedures. You will help shape the future project, processes and procedures of the company to help improve overall performance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop the stakeholder team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationSupport Sales and Marketing on recurring activitiesLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksStructure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for company projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources as requiredAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planQualificationsThree or more years of project and process management experienceYou have programming experience and knowledgeYou have overseen ERP/CRM implementationsExperience in developing technologies and platforms for maximum usabilityStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success fostering a team approach working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is an assetExperience in developing platforms for internal processesExperience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill setsCompensationThe Lavin Agency offers a competitive salary and extended benefit package in a very exciting industry.
