Project Manager - Warehouse & InfrastructureGreater Vancouver, BC Our client, a recognized National leader, and manufacturer of industrial infrastructure has engaged Cameron Lappin of the Lock Search Group to assist them in finding an exceptional individual for the role of a Project Manager. This role will manage the companies British Columbia Portfolio. As a member of the project management team, you will take the reigns as the liaison between clients, manufacturing, and all key stakeholders on all projects in the Region. With this Hybrid based Position you will be strategically involved with the sales team, customers, vendors, and 3rd party sub-trades to manage projects from start to finish. The incoming Project Manager will be tasked with coordinating with internal departments and external partners, leading project teams and directing subject matter experts, support functions, and third-party partners to execute customer projects and achieve project targets. Interface and communicate with the customer, suppliers, and subcontractors on all project-related topics, risks, and opportunities. Performing detailed planning of the work packages, the resources needed, and time schedule, ensuring compliance with regards to technical, deadlines, commercial, and qualitative project targets in consideration of guidelines. Identifying early deviations in the project and problem causes and proposing sustainable solutions. Responsible for the management of on-site third-party subtrades.
