Our client, a leading company in Aerospace, Military, and Defense, is looking for an Engine Customer Service Representative for their team in Montreal, QC.Joining our dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role as the main customer contact, collaborating closely with the Program Manager and reporting to the Director of Program Management. You'll be at the forefront, supporting daily work execution, providing crucial updates to customers, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery. Your creative solutions to material requirements will be key, as you work closely with various teams to meet and exceed delivery commitments.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring all customer documentation supports the engine repair process.Monitoring engine/module work in progress timelines, providing daily updates to customers on multiple repair projects.Participating in daily production reviews.Providing priorities to planning and production teams, leading actions, and escalating issues to ensure on-time delivery.Reviewing and approving material exchanges based on technical documentation and contractual obligations.Producing customer progress reports and leading customer meetings.Coordinating equipment reception and shipment.Reviewing final invoices and participating in the approval process.Managing customer expectations and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and deliverables.Owning communication practices to manage relations between internal and external customers.Collaborating in process improvement initiatives.Required skills, qualifications, and experience:A minimum of a college degree in business or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered.At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.Proactive with a strong ability to take initiative.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.Capable of leading and coordinating actions with inter-functional teams.Effective communication methods adapted to various situations (verbal vs. email).Ability to understand financial documents (e.g., invoices, proposals, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, and a great team player.Strong ability to adapt to situations in constant evolution.Customer solution-focused and proactive.Knowledge of Excel.Innovative and focused on continuous improvement.Fluent in English and French.Willingness to be on call after hours.
