Client Coordinator, VIP Personal Insurance

POSITION OVERVIEW:​Jones DesLauriers Insurance management Inc. is hiring for a Client Coordinator, VIP Personal Lines, insurance. The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Client Manager in servicing the client with their insurance needs from the moment they call and inquire to binding coverage accurately and professionally.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical assistance to Client ManagersDiscuss any concerns or outstanding info with underwritersProvide back-up support to Client Managers when requiredPreparing comparison quotation on renewals where necessaryPrepare new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc.Action all renewals, new business, endorsements and claimsProcess change requests on EPICReview and invoice renewals and endorsementsIssue in-house endorsements and new business on company portalsRelease renewals after making appropriate changesScan and attach documents to EPICQuote cross sells and up sell as much as possibleIssue pink slips when needed in addition to completing miscellaneous duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 1-2 years personal insurance experience idealRIBO is required and preferably working towards CIP or CAIB designationClient development / relationship management experienceAbility to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skillsProficiency in Outlook, Word and EPICBuilding The Great Canadian BrokerageNavacord is a leading insurance and risk management brokerage created to keep the Canadian entrepreneurial spirit alive.
