Since launching we have experienced rapid growth and are excited for our continued expansion, allowing more creators to easily produce high-quality content.About the roleAs an Account Executive at Riverside, you will be an integral part of our growth engine, driving revenue by building relationships with prospective enterprise leads and turning them into happy Riverside clients. You'll manage inbound leads, take outbound meetings set by our BD team, and handle the full sales cycle through the onboarding of new users.This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a fast-growing startup with huge potential to revolutionize the future of content creation.About youYou are a hard-working, open-minded salesperson capable of engaging in executive-level as well as more technical conversations. You are a team player, a quick learner and ideally have experience selling into large, Fortune 500 enterprises. You understand the buyer journey, employ a consultative selling approach, and can lead shorter, single-stakeholder deals as well as complex, multi-team deals.What you'll be doingConduct discovery with prospective leads (inbound and outbound)Tailor demos of Riverside's enterprise platform to different buyer personasOwn the full sales cycle from initial lead to closeDevelop relationships with prospective clients and pursue expansion opportunities within organizationsLead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales processEngage with BD, Marketing and Product to help amplify our growth trajectoryReport progress and metrics and present periodic proposals to management on ways to improve the sales processConsistently achieve a quota to meet team revenue and growth objectivesWhat you bring to the table2+ years of sales closing experience at a technology company, with a track record of top performanceQuick learner, creative, detail-oriented, positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to succeedSelf-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working remoting while staying motivated and collaborating with colleaguesAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentStrong interest in technologyPrior experience in finance or management consulting is a plusCompensation and Benefits (Canada)Competitive salaryStock optionsMedical, Dental, and Vision benefitsPension planGenerous PTOLaptop and other equipmentMonthly stipends for coworking space and home cleaning servicesIf you think you are the one to apply here - we want to hear from you!
