The GM ensures the efficient operation of the Home is carried out in accordance with the company's mission, vision, values, policies, procedures and all legislative requirements.The following traits and qualifications are required:Experience in administration and supervision and working knowledge of appropriate legislationMust be able to function smoothly and effectively amidst many distractions.
