As a Change Management Manager/Senior Manager in our T&O practice, you will: Identify stakeholders’ challenges and expectations Define Change Management strategies for transformative programs Leverage digital technologies in change management and communications Assist clients in developing change capability and agility Co-create solutions, conduct user reviews, and run stakeholder agreement meetings Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and implement treatment plans Implement strategies for new business process adoption Support various Change adoption activities, including baselining, measurement, digital training, communications, and Change network Collaborate with clients to drive digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, and overall change adoption Work in a dynamic, international team where English is the common language Contribute to practice-building efforts, including recruiting, training, and community events Your qualifications: 7 to 10 years of experience in driving change management-related programs Experience in managing end-to-end change programs, especially in technology-driven, behavior change, culture change, automation, or cybersecurity contexts Techno-functional experience in successfully delivering cloud-based Systems implementations (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, S/4HANA, SFDC) Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies Proficiency in interpreting data, working with analytic models, and utilizing advanced technologies and digital tools Effective stakeholder management in a multi-cultural and global environment Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations is a bonus.
