  - Responsible for filing, payment and keeping of tax documents. - Responsible for posting of payables and processing and posting of outward remittances. - Responsible for monitoring, follow up, and posting of collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable - Responsible for record keeping, monitoring and reconciliation of Inventory. - Responsible for checking monthly financial statements and tax documents received from accounting firms - General accounting. - Management for 3 accounting and admin staffs - Other Task will assign time to time

Qualifications

Ensure that the production quality while promoting cooperation with both clients and Japanese general managers as a QC Manager. Our main product is plastic molding.- Establishes communication channel with customers and ensures that the quality standards and required to customers are met.- Identifies and analyzes non-conforming products. Evaluates the degree of non-conformity and recommends improvement plans.- Ensures that all customer claim and related complaints are acted on specified time.- Responsible in managing quality control documents and other documents and generates revision, creation as may necessary.- Initiates, recommends and provide preventive and corrective actions through coordination of concerned Teams.- Conducts internal audit procedure to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.- Reviews quality inspection reports for any quality problems and gathers relevant data for necessary corrective action.

Our main product is plastic molding.• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control program.• Organize the repair of any damaged equipment• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.• Ensure customers orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.• Work with Japanese general managers to implement the company’s policies and goals• Supervise and motivate a team of workers• Review worker performance and identify training needs.

＜具体的な仕事内容＞フィリピンでは、主に日系複合機メーカー向けの実装基板の受託生産を行っています。弊社全体の業務フローは次の通りです。お客様から所要フォーキャストを受領後、必要となる部材をサプライヤーに発注。調達した部材を協力工場へ出荷し、協力工場で基板実装後、お客様に納品。今回は上記フローの内、客先とのデータ授受や、協力工場とのやり取りを行うPlanningセクションにて、まずは1年間実務を担当して業務を学んで頂きます。2年目以降はスタッフのサポート、課題発見・解決、並びに顧客の困り事解決に焦点を当てて業務を担って頂きます。より具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。尚、将来的なキャリアパスとして、本社採用への道も準備可能です。＜1年目の具体的な業務内容＞　・フォーキャストや生産計画の分析、修正　・新製品リリース管理　・部品や完成品の在庫管理　・協力工場の生産計画管理＜2年目以降（都度状況や希望に応じて変更可）＞　・フィリピン人National Staffのサポート、業務改善、およびトレーニング　・客先や協力工場との折衝業務サポートおよびコミュニケーションの円滑化　・課題発見・解決における関係者の巻き込みならびに推進（プロジェクトマネジメント）　・顧客の困りごと解決への積極的な関与＜募集背景＞依然として需要の高い実装基板等を製造する弊社では日々業務改善、高度化を図っており、その推進力を高めるべく1名増員することとしました。重要なポジションとなりますのでフィリピンで裁量権のあるお仕事に挑戦したい方からの応募をお待ちしております！
