In addition to providing officers who can perform standard uniformed security officer duties as well as other protection services, our client can also provide special event services and consulting and training services. Overall Purpose: As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the HR function within the organization. Your responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, admin (201 files), employee engagement, and assisting with compensation and benefits and compliance with the company’s Health and Safety program. Skills / Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field related to the job.
  • At least 3-years’ experience in handling HR and Admin tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Firm grasp of handling confidential information
  • Organized and excellent time management skills
  • Highly collaborative and service-focused
  • Proficiency with HRIS management systems.
Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar in coordination with the operations and others department’s requirements.
  • Administer the end-to-end recruitment process, including selection and placement, hiring, onboarding and exit procedures.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process including the company orientation such as HR policies and procedures and training of staff.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letter and appointment letters.
  • Maintain and safekeeping of employees 201 file.
  • Assist the creation of company - initiated program and activities on a monthly basis to strengthen employee engagement and minimize the high turnover rates
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary measures for earring employees and address grievances
  • Collaborate with the different departments in terms of the manpower requirements of their respective departments as per company approved budget
  • Assist in the monitoring of compensation and benefits, such as government-mandated benefits and company-initiated benefits including health insurance, payroll, loans and the like
  • Assisting compliance with the company’s Health and Safety program.
