The role involves accelerating awareness and adoption of the their mobile app (iOS and Android) through the effective management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Reporting to the digital marketing lead, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement in the digital marketing environment. Responsibilities • Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives and business KPIs.• Implement and optimize performance-driven campaigns across paid media channels such as Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, and Mobile.• Manage digital media plans and budgets, including day-to-day operational execution, reporting, and optimization.• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies, and contribute to in-house training programs.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital paid media activities with broader marketing campaigns.• Maintain and enhance operational reporting dashboards and BI reports.• Monitor and optimize direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Service team.• Ensure attribution and tracking technologies function correctly in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams. Skills Required Experience Required We’re looking for Intermediate’s and above.• 2+ years of experience marketing a mobile app.• 2+ years of experience with mobile app analytics.• 2+ years of experience and advanced skills across the Google Marketing Tech/ Tool Stack • Remote-first work culture with office space available in Cape Town and Johannesburg.• 23 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays.• Insurtech environment with a diverse and passionate team.• Group benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, and Group Life Cover.
