Together we collaborate to create a culturally rich, diverse organization ensuring we remain innovative and agile.  We are looking for an energetic professional to join our CTO Hyperautomation and AI (HAI) team as a Solution Architect to help us architect solutions integrating artificial intelligence, data, full stack software development, and automation for many different opportunities and needs within our company. The role will focus on the Generative AI (GenAI) space and its implementation within solutions with a secondary focus on end-to-end automation solutions. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture assessments and develop solution blueprints in partnership with delivery teams 
• Promote adoption of enterprise standards and best practices 
• Determine most appropriate solution approach based on knowledge of existing and future solution, product and vendor-offered capabilities and roadmaps 
• Providing architecture guidance and thought leadership in helping craft and implement GenAI vision and roadmaps within HAI. 
• Defining, documenting, and communicating of HAI standards, best practices and solution architecture to key business and IT stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance. 
• Review requirements for use cases in divisional Initiatives and do feasibility analysis, perform PoC development, create detailed Target architecture proposal, and support the implementation of the solution. 
• Taking ownership and accountability for architecture and solution efforts across various Divisional GenAI and automation initiatives including reviewing solution designs and participating in code reviews. 
• Design large or complex systems and undertake impact analysis on major design options and trade-offs. 
• Provide technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. 
• Assess vendor solutions to ensure alignment to our architecture standards. 
• Collaborate regularly with numerous groups such as Enterprise Architecture, development teams, product groups, users, and customers. 
• Be part of agile teams and collectively work towards common goals. 
• Able to succeed in a dynamic, rapidly changing, highly matrixed business environment. eep up to date with trends, product updates/changes, and be able to share with teams effectively.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• B.S. or M.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.  

Required Experience and Skills:

• 8+ years of prior working experience in the Software Development and AI space 
• 5+ years of prior working experience in the Solution Architecture 
• Experience with GenAI implementations, integration of AI into applications, and knowledge over data science modeling. 
• Expertise in architecting and implementing global data and analytics platforms and capabilities using modern cloud technologies. 
• Experience in solution design at the individual components/services/resources. Experience in AWS services is preferred. 
• Strong written and verbal communications skills including communicating with a business and technical audience. 
• Critical thinker who can effectively embrace innovative ideas and technologies while balancing the needs of stakeholders and users. 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Prior work experience in Life sciences or Pharma domain and experience in solving global regulatory requirements such as GDPR. 
• Prior working experience as a technical leader implementing and/or following Agile methodologies. 
• High proficiency in architecting scalable and performant solutions across Data Management, Integrations, Visualization and Advanced Analytics including AI/ML. 
• Multi-cloud Data solution capability, with special emphasis on AWS services. 
• Certifications in one or more cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong plus. 
• B.S. or M.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
