Contract Manager (HDB projects, Structural & Architectural Works, Pre and post tender, Based in HQ around Xinlin Area) Responibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the organization
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects and overall business growth
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
- Efficiently manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Build and maintain good client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and secure future business opportunities.
- Oversee the management of the public outreach program, ensuring effective communication with the public, addressing community concerns, and maintaining a positive image of the organization
- Handle all contractual issues related to projects, including review, negotiation, and interpretation of contract
- Manage administrative tasks and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environment, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statement
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ Civil, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
- Able to manage teams well and meet project timelines
- Project experience in HDB, Condo, School and Factory
- Crisis management capability
- Good communication skills and team player
- Minimum 8 years of experience in A1/A2/B1/B2 contractors.
