Field Chief Technology Officer, AI Help Dell Technologies customize solutions for customers with a role on our Solutions Principal team. On this team, you’ll guide the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers, provide technical support and direction to sales teams in the field and assure the compatibility of these solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans. What you’ll achieve You will work with and advise our customers / partners, and is responsible for identifying trends, refining and coordinating messaging, working with complementary organizations within Dell Technologies, and is responsible for seeing complex sales opportunities within key customer accounts to close. You will:
- Develop strategies - both technical and business capabilities -to promote knowledge and skills that secure the largest and most profitable opportunities for Dell Technologies and elevate the account team and Dell brand as not just a trusted technical advisor but a business focused organization.
- Communicate information regarding conditions in the field, market trends and technology trends driving innovation and transformation in the market, and continue having the oversight to ensure a smooth execution across the life cycle of sales and post-delivery.
- Provide leadership and expertise in selected Industry verticals.
- 10-12 years of deep technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Understanding of hardware designs for Servers, Storage, network of HPC and AI systems. Specific vertical experiences will also be a plus.
- Deep understanding of technology around STO, SVR, Networking, AI and Data Management.
- Proven use case evangelist, capable of developing POV on infrastructure with cross-functional teams and Sales, bringing credibility to Dell, able to enable Sales and provide PG feedback to refine offers.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage with and influence C-levels and decision makers.
- Advanced experience in a relationship selling role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
