We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our team in the HR industry. As an expert in B2B HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and staying updated with industry trends and developments. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B HR sector
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  4. Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on HR solutions and services
  5. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  6. Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and developments in the HR sector
  9. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
