  • Male/Female expertlevel Ultrasound Application live scanning skills and demonstrate remote / Tele scanning & training.
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects prioritization planning and time management
  • Bachelors degree (Radiology Sonography Biomedical)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Ultrasound / POCUS Application based organisation in an Application specialist position.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
Roles & responsibilities: Impact:
  • Presales support activities providing Application support for ALJ Health represented products across KSA.
  • Provide clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of POCUS (Point of Care Ultrasound) products including potential uses product capabilities and benefits to customers.
  • Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain partner / KOL relationships.
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist Key account Managers and sales team in generating leads developing sales marketing and customer service strategies.
  • Build strong business relationships with all KOL stakeholders in the market including payers hospitals management targeted healthcare specialties and sometimes patients with full adherence to regulations.
  • Participate and contribute to overall business strategy formulation planning and budgeting activities.
Communication:
  • Deliver product training and application training to customers.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training.
  • Report on regular basis the outcomes on the activities at the referral and new accounts.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop marketing activities and educational programs.
Innovation:
  • Support KAMs to enhance sales/ marketing activities for major clinic departments
