The job posting is outdated and position may be filled - Advise and guide design teams to ensure consistent and high-quality design throughout project development. - Review document technical requirements, development, and project plans to ensure adherence to defined standards and to facilitate the transfer of knowledge throughout the design staff. - Reviewing and managing and tracking projects to ensure all deadlines are met. - Designing architectural and engineering plans. - Manage the design delivery for projects inside the team. - Be client and delivery focused and provide experienced backed advice to our clients. - Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients. - Propose design options to meet the Client satisfaction. - Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations as well as local authorities. - Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. - Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
