Are you multifaceted and well versed in data processes? We are looking for a Data Science and Business Process Engineer to enhance business operations for a leading organisation! The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical prowess and process improvement acumen, capable of dissecting complex data to streamline and enhance business operations. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
Lead initiatives to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and use data-driven insights to drive process improvements.
Design and implement data analytics strategies that align with business process reengineering goals.
Utilise advanced analytics and statistical methods to understand process bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science methodologies with business process management.
Develop predictive models to simulate process changes and forecast the impacts on business performance.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the importance of data analytics in process optimisation.
Create and maintain documentation on process changes, data findings, and the impact on business outcomes.
Drive the adoption of process automation tools and techniques, leveraging data science to support decision-making.
Communicate complex analytical results and process engineering concepts in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications And Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science and analytics related projects including business process analysis. Experience in business process reengineering, workflow optimization, or similar roles. Experience with data modelling, machine learning, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with process mapping and business process management tools and methodologies.
Skills And Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights. Expertise in business process analysis and reengineering techniques. Proficient in data science and machine learning techniques with the ability to apply these skills to improve business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead change and influence at all organizational levels. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects to successful completion within scope and budget. A strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
