About the job Real Estate - Accounts Payable QuickBooks BookkeeperAccounts Payable QuickBooks Bookkeeping SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable QuickBooks Bookkeeping Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling accounts payable, invoices (10 entities), full approval process and entering invoices, along with expertise in using QuickBooks. Experienced in the Real Estate Industry.Responsibilities:Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.Verify and reconcile vendor statements, addressing discrepancies as needed.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Monitor and manage vendor relationships, resolving payment-related inquiries. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.Record all financial transactions, including expenses, income, and payroll.Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Generate financial reports for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist and Bookkeeper.In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in accounting software.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities USA Working Hours
