AttendanceMeeting TargetsTime KeepingTalk TimeProductivityComplianceMotivation of the teamPromote diversity within the teamAssist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queriesEnsure smooth implementation of new policies and proceduresReport any IT related issue to the campaign managerTeam specific reporting as per campaign requirementsCoaching and performance management of team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Essential:
+1 years Sales Team Leader experience requiredGrade 11Must be able to be added to Rep RegisterNo Criminal Record
Desirable:
RE / FAIS desirablePrevious experience working with insurance products an added advantageKnowledge of sales principles and methods
