Job Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in business and /or performance analysis to build learning frameworks.
Learning Curriculum design
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
At least 5 years' experience in Leadership curriculum design and management.
Blended learning methodology (including distance learning)
Performance consulting principles
Adult learning design principles & methodologies
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
Evaluation of learning (Measure of business impact and ROI)
Learning needs analysis principles and process
