Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, , Johannesburg, Head-office sites To contribute to the delivery of a service, as part of the Project Management Office team providing: Capturing, mapping and documenting processes, Gathering and analysing the business rules and/or operational issues, Facilitating service and process improvement reviews, Analysing and modelling services, processes and associated high level data, Articulating and producing requirement specifications, Training and developing staff in the use of process analysis and management. To contribute to the Banks's change portfolio in relation to operational effectiveness and in an increasingly demanding financial environment, vies the provision of this service. To contribute to the development of business analysis and improvement tools and techniques that are appropriate to the Banking environment, used to facilitate delivery of the Bank's change portfolio. To deliver and contribute to the development of business process management skills across the Bank. Qualifications Degree In Information Systems or Industrial Engineering or Information Technology.Experience Required3-4 years experience in Business Analysis and the Continuous Improvement space. Proven experience working as an analyst on complex change activities.Understanding and experience of Lean and waste elimination, in relation to process and operational service improvement.Business case development, including identifying impacts, benefits, and costs. Developing and documenting business requirements, their rules, operational issues and customer needs.
