Together, we are building a highly innovative team that is passionate about transforming Africa's food systems.As Snr Management Accountant, you will be at the forefront of implementing new systems and processes to accountant for Nile's new business initiatives. Through your work, we will be able to consolidate financial information across business units, enabling management to make better decisions.The successful applicant will be responsible to:Consolidate and review of complex management accountsImplement new in-time reporting mechanisms to account for the various operating unitsSupport our Head of finance on implementation of ERP system for new business unitsPlanning of cashflow requirements across business divisions, including multi-currency disbursementsManage debtor and creditor functionsRequirementsCA or CIMA qualified4-8 years working experience as a financial accountant / financial manager, preferably at companies with a high frequency of transactionsExperienced in payment workflows, including debtor/creditor managementQuick learner who is able to adapt to the complexity of a hyper growth start-upGood technical accounting skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailMulti-tasker able to balance requests from multiple entitiesBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to have real impact within a fast-growing tech businessModern, vibrant team culture with clear sense of purposeAutonomy to create solutions to complex problems
