The incumbent should be a self-motivated professional who can work independently or collaboratively to provide expert advice and write policies.RequirementsLead GenerationSource ample opportunities for a minimum of 10 client quotes weekly and 40 monthly.Regularly update the Lead Generation Matrix.2. Policy WritingAchieve a minimum of 8.5 written policies per month.3. Client InteractionConduct thorough needs analyses when clients request quotes.Provide professional advice to clients.4. Referral Agent NetworkEnlist a minimum of 5 active lead referral agents.5. ReportingCompile weekly reports detailing leads, quotes, sales, and relevant information.Include data such as lead sources, average premium, and total premium.6.
