Our client, based in Randfontein is seeking to recruit a medical branch manager for a radiology practice.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet patients in a warm and friendly manner.Manage staff, rosters and stock controlMaintaining room stock levelsFollow up authorisations and assist reception where necessaryLiaise with referring healthcare professionals and casualty to ensure reports are sent out timeouslyRespond to inquiries from patients, families, and other healthcare providers with professionalism and courtesy. Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.Cash upBranch billing/claims to medical aidsWCA documentation and claims

Qualification and Requirements:

MatricAt least 3 years experience in a radiology manager position is required2 3 years radiology billing experience is required2 3 years WCA/IOD processes and ICD10 coding is essentialMicrosoft Office experience is essentialAny medical patient software system is beneficialAny PACS imaging system is beneficial

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, shifts of 08h00 17h00 & 09h00 18h00Alternating Saturdays, 08h00 13h00Possible overtime as needed
