Marketing Specialist (SEO/Digital)

Our client an established recruitment company based in Ballito is looking for a Marketing Specialist to take charge of their digital marketing efforts, website and traditional marketing functions. You must have a passion for SEO, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail to be successful in the role.Key Duties:Designing company marketing material, including brochures, mailers, website graphics, and videos.Updating and enhancing PowerPoint presentations to ensure they are visually appealing and engaging.Managing and updating the company website using WordPress, including improving website content, creating case studies, writing articles, and sharing the latest news.Developing and executing outbound email outreach campaigns, including strategizing the approach, defining target audiences, crafting compelling content, and managing CRM system updates.Handling inbound sales inquiries from the website and incoming calls, providing timely and effective responses to potential clients.Creating distribution email lists for the National Sales ManagerUtilizing Google Analytics to manage paid SEO campaigns, optimizing keywords for improved campaign success rates.Collaborating with creative agencies when necessary to enhance marketing materials and campaigns.Scheduling appointments for online presentations or call backs for the NSM.Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or related filed3 years' work experienceKnowledge of Google Analytics and SEO strategies to optimize campaign performance.Proven experience in setting up and running SEO campaigns.Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools to create traditional, digital marketing material.Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.Excellent writing and editing abilities to create engaging and persuasive content.Demonstrated experience in managing outbound email campaigns and utilizing CRM systems effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.Effective communication skills for responding to inquiries and coordinating with stakeholders.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
